Pricing Questions

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The prices shown are the total cost. There are no consultation fees, registration fees, or hidden charges. You pay the listed price and that's it.

Do I pay extra for prescriptions during a consultation?

No. If your GP issues a prescription during a video or phone consultation, it's included in the consultation fee. You only pay separately for prescription-only requests without a consultation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I get a receipt for my health insurance?

Yes. You'll receive an email receipt after every consultation that you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. Many insurers now cover telehealth consultations.

What's the difference between standard and extended hours?

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Extended hours include evenings (5pm-10pm), weekends, and bank holidays. Extended hours consultations cost €50 instead of €35.

Do you offer discounts for multiple consultations?

We occasionally offer promotional discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of special offers. We also offer corporate packages for businesses - contact us for details.

Is there a cancellation fee?

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments, are not refundable.
